How do I play in the 22/23 Junior Summer Domestic Competition?

Step 1. Find out what age group you fall in to and if you are considered a restricted player.

Step 2. If you are currently playing in a team see if your team is keen to re-register for the new season.

Step 3. Speak to your club or find a domestic club and find out how to register.

If you don’t have a team, club and are nervous you might miss out:
Please contact one of our junior domestic clubs or register your interest with our Facebook Group > Mandurah Basketball – Fill ins.

If you are interested you may also like to sign up to our Waitlist, HOWEVER please note that by signing up you are NOT guaranteed a spot on a team. Your details will be registered to Mandurah Basketball Association and we will disperse your information if a team requests help for additional players.

Whilst we do try to form teams from the waitlist it is up to Waitlist parents to volunteer as Coach and/or Manager. A side note is that we do favor players whose parent/guardian or other reliable adult are willing to step in to those roles. (We do not always need you to coach or manage but it is helpful if the volunteer coach or manager has a back up if needed)

Team Registrations close on Monday 12th September unless Competition reaches team capacity prior.

Player Registrations will be open from Monday 1st August, Player registration fees increase by $50 on Tuesday 20th September 2022.

Teams without a minimum of 7 registered players by Monday 3rd October 2022 will be removed from the team list and any team on the waitlist will be offered your teams spot. This is to ensure teams are not forfeiting first round games or withdrawing from competition once games start.
